Spring clip wire tensioner simular to the Pel PA8, less the wire catch on the spool. This one also has a hole for the wire to travel thru on the end of the shoulder bracket - if you thread this on at time of pulling the wire it can be tensioned without actually cutting the wire. Install at mid point or one every 1/4 mile. On very short runs it is ok to install at end. Very good quality for in line use.
