The C2L Sleeve is 70% longer than the C23 and requires at least two side by side crimps to get full strength. It can be used in place of the C23 in many applications.The C2L works well on solid lock and other woven wire since these fences are tightened to lower tensions.Use of C2L sleeves in these applications save money since you need one per line splice versus two of the C23 size.
