Sales Tax Policy
Because Grassland Supply does business throughout the United States and collects and remits sales tax as required by law, the Grassland Supply Web site also collects and remits sales tax as appropriate. You will be required to provide your state tax-exempt certification prior to purchase. Please note: Grassland Supply reserves the right not to sell to resellers.
Paying for your Order
You may pay for your orders with Grassland Supply gift cards, or major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® Card.
Generally, credit and debit card are not charged until we either ship the item(s) to you or confirm store availability (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any appropriate taxes or shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.
If you ordered a special delivery item, you will be charged once a delivery time is confirmed.
Using Promotional Codes
Using Promotional Codes Unlike credit or debit cards, Promotional Codes used on products are debited at the time an order is placed. Promotional Codes will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Promotional Codes must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Promotional Codes cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the promotional code value, the excess value of the promotional code will not be refunded.
Using Gift Cards
Gift cards, unlike credit or debit cards, are debited at the time an order is placed. Gift cards will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. In the event the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, you will be required to use another gift card or a credit or debit card to pay the difference. Any amount charged to a credit or debit card will be treated as set forth above. In the event of a partial return of an order using both a gift card and a credit or debit card, returned amounts shall first be credited to the credit or debit card, and any remaining balance will be credited back to the gift card.
Validating your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Shipping
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Grassland Supply's shipping policies. Grassland Supply reserves the right to charge additional Shipping and Handling fees not disclosed at the time of purchase if necessary. If such non-disclosed Shipping and Handling fees are added to your purchase, you will be contacted and disclosed the total amount of your order prior to it being shipped. All Shipping and Handling charges regardless of when they are disclosed must be paid prior to your order being shipped unless prior arrangements have been made with the Management of Grassland Supply.
In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 30 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Grassland Supply reserves the right to ship all items as it pleases, reguardless of carrier process or type.
Termination of Use
Grassland Supply may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the Grassland Supply Web site at anytime.
